  • To ensure our instructors can properly see a dancer's alignment and form, we require standard dance attire for most classes:

    • Leotard: Black (Petite Performers I and II may wear black or pink).

    • Tights: Tights are required for all classes.

    • Dance Skirt: Dancers may wear a dance skirt, this is not required.

    • Dance Shoes: Properly fitted ballet slippers, tap shoes, or jazz shoes. Please do not wear street shoes on the studio floors!

  • You can inquire at the front desk about dancewear purchase or you can go to any local dance supply store.

    Prior to the beginning of each season we will be in touch with all registered families about dancewear and shoe fittings for that season.


    • Zelle: Send payments directly to our studio account at Dancesation. (Please include your dancer's name in the memo!)

    • Check: Made payable to Dancesation Studio, LLC.

    • Cash: Please hand cash directly to the front desk so we can issue you an immediate receipt.

    • Credit/Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express accepted online through your parent portal or at the front desk.

    • Please note fees may apply with credit/debit card transactions.

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is extended until the 5th, after which a late fee may be applied to the account.


  • To keep our dancers focused and minimize distractions, our classrooms are dancer-only zones.

  • Life happens! If your dancer is sick or misses a class, please notify the front desk through the portal. They are welcome to take a makeup class in an equivalent level within 30 days of the absence.

  • You can register entirely online through our Parent Portal, or stop by the front desk during business hours and we will gladly walk you through the process.
